Bruce A. Frasco

Bruce A. Frasco is a Senior Managing Director at Commercial Asset Group and concentrates his efforts primarily in investment sales and office and medical leasing. Prior to joining Commercial Asset Group, Bruce held executive positions at NAI Capital Inc., Charles Dunn Company, Inc., and Beitler Commercial Realty.
During his 40 years in real estate, Bruce has negotiated the disposition and acquisition of property valued at over $1.5 billion and has negotiated commercial leases with an aggregate value in excess of $500 million. As a real estate expert with a true appreciation for the complexities of doing business today’s climate, Bruce has extensive experience in problem assets and a reputation for deftly handling the challenges therein.
Formerly, Bruce was Vice President with Standard Management Company. During his nine year tenure, he was involved in the acquisition, leasing, management, development and sale of real estate investments for institutional investors. As Acquisition and Sales Director, Bruce negotiated and analyzed hundreds of transactions. As the firm’s Leasing Director, he was responsible for over two million square feet of retail space, which involved the administration and management of all commercial leasing activities, development and redevelopment of portfolio assets and commercial lease brokerage.
A San Fernando Valley native, Bruce has held a valid California Real Estate Broker’s License since 1980. He has achieved the prestigious SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and he’s a frequent lecturer at UCLA and CSUN on real estate topics including Investment Analysis, Ethics and Real Estate Practice.
Bruce is dedicated to keeping up with changing environmental and real estate laws, and energy rules and regulations. As such, he is a LEED-acknowledged energy manager as well. He has also been called upon as an expert witness in real estate matters in both superior and federal court. Bruce has had active membership in SIOR, also served on the Board and the American Industrial Real Estate Association. He’s a past member of the San Fernando Valley Association of Realtors, a past board member of CRA/LA and a current board member of FACT, an autism advocacy organization.
Bruce and his wife of 45 years, Marlene, reside in Westlake Village and have three grown children. They can often be found spending time with their grandchildren in San Diego.
